Angiomyolipoma (AML) CT Findings
- May be difficult to differentiate from RCC when fat is minimal
- AML has visible fat density with extent variable
- Hypoattenuating area <-10 HU
- May contain small intratumoral aneurysm
- Thin CT sections needed for diagnosis of tumors with minimal fat
